Shri Nagendra Prasad Jaiswal
Founder
Born on January 1, 1972, in Bhodahare Village, Bihar, India, Shri Nagendra Prasad Jaiswal moved to Nepal in 1991 at the age of 19. He entered the scrap business in 1993 and, through honesty, dedication, and hard work, built a trusted reputation in the recycling industry. Since 2000, he has proudly served as a scrap collection partner for Radisson Hotel. Despite receiving only primary education, his determination laid the strong foundation on which Kabad Sathi stands today.
Karan Kumar Jaiswal
Managing Director
Born on November 1, 2002, Karan Kumar Jaiswal completed his education in Kathmandu and Motihari before finishing Grade 12 in 2020. He joined the family business the same year and introduced modern digital systems, improving operational efficiency and customer experience. In 2026, he established Kabad Sathi as a professional recycling company with the vision of combining traditional values with technology to build a cleaner and more sustainable Nepal.
